Welcome to the to the 26th Annual Hill Country Ride for AIDS!

We are so excited to start this year with you! The HCRA is known for it's inclusive and active community and you are a huge part of it.

First off! If you are a volunteer (or rider who wants to be even more helpful)....this is the link you are looking for to choose how you will make the HCRA special!

Our teams and beneficiaries have a ton of events planned for this coming year, so please add eli@hillcountryride.org to your contact list, so that you can stay informed on everything that we have going on. Ask anyone who has been a part of this ride before...the more you lean into our "Community of Kindness", the more fulfilling your experience will be. If you have questions about the minimum fundraising goal ($250 for first-time riders, $500 for returning riders) and where the money goes, click here.

Here are some important dates with links to add them to your Google calendar:

January 24th - 7p-10p - Our Yellow Brick Ball: Kickoff Party is our recruitment party and the beginning of training season. We'll be leaning into the theatrical aspects of this year's theme and the courage, heart and brains that each of you exhibit by being a part of the HCRA.

February 1st - 9:30a - Our Cocoa Social is the first training ride of the season. Like everything else, we do it with a bit of flair in the form of hot chocolate and a whole crew of riders to help anyone feel welcome. It will leave from Spokesman Coffee. Meet up at 9:30a - Ride out at 10:15a - *Helmets Required.

May 1st - 6p-9p - The Silver Anniversary Opening Ceremony for Ride Weekend. We are still working on a the location for this event, but we will update the calendar invite with relevant information. There will also be packet pickup on Ride Day, May 3rd, 2025, but you'll save time and gain some motivation by joining us at our Opening Ceremony.

May 3rd, 2025 - 7:30a-4p (or longer - camping out is one of the best parts) - The 26th Annual Hill Country Ride for AIDS- Krause Springs. Join us for an incredible weekend. Ride and volunteer with us and experience a group of people gathered to help others and celebrate community. Seriously consider camping out the night after the HCRA. One night at Krause Springs is included with your registration; it's a chance to gather around the campfire to hear stories of Austin's past and hopes for Austin's future. The whole weekend is a unique Austin/Central Texas experience.
