We are so excited to start this year with you! The HCRA is known for it's inclusive and active community and you are a huge part of it. Ride Day is May 3rd, 2025 and we've got the info you need below to get set up!

First off! If you are a volunteer (or rider who wants to be even more helpful)....this is the link you are looking for to sign up for your volunteer role. Please follow it to the RunSignUp page. It's quick!

Our teams and beneficiaries have a ton of events planned for this coming year, so please add eli@hillcountryride.org to your contact list, so that you can stay informed on everything that we have going on. Ask anyone who has been a part of this ride before...the more you lean into our "Community of Kindness", the more fulfilling your experience will be. If you have questions about the minimum fundraising goal ($250 for first-time riders, $500 for returning riders) and where the money goes, click here.

...Our Opening Ceremony and
Packet Pick-up!

Join us for one last gathering to see all the wonderful faces that come together for the Hill Country Ride for AIDS. Every event features a packet pick-up, but we take this opportunity to spend time with each other before we head in a million different directions over the next few days.  We'll ensure you are prepared for the weekend, take a moment to reflect on why we do this important work, hear from an incredible speaker, embrace our theme, and "carb-load" with some Lick Ice Cream.

This year, we will not only be giving T-shirts to our riders, but also to our volunteers who contribute so much to make this event special, so volunteers...don't miss out!  We'll gather at the Tiny Minotaur, a truly unique artistic venue in East Austin.  Parking will be available on the street, and we've checked it out- there is plenty of space.   Bring friends who are interested in HCRA. This will be a great way to show them who we are and what we represent for future years.

Lastly...keep those fundraising pushes coming!  We've all got a lot going on!  Give people some grace and offer them more chances to contribute.  They might need a reminder :)
