26th Annual Hill Country Ride for AIDS supports

Welcome to Team ASHwell, we’re thrilled you’re here!
We’re so proud to be a beneficiary of the 26th Annual Hill Country Ride for AIDS. Since 1999, the Hill Country Ride for AIDS has raised more than $12 million for local organizations providing life-saving care. This year, along with eight other local nonprofit organizations, we’re aiming for another 1 MILLION to add to this incredible track record.
Whether you sign up to volunteer or bike ride with a team, you’re stepping up to help us offer critical medical care and social support to community members who are living with HIV, preventing HIV with PrEP, or living with Hepatitis C – FREE OF COST to those we serve.
As a volunteer or bike rider, you help ASHwell earn dollars. Those dollars GO DIRECTLY to covering the cost of HIV treatment, co-pays, medications, and more for folks who may otherwise not be able to access care in a stigma free, harm reduction and queer loving environment with a whole person care approach.
HIV rates are rising in Travis County. Can you guess what communities are severely, disproportionately affected? That’s right. OURS. Queer and trans folks, Black, Indigenous, people of color, folks experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity, and all the rest who do not meet the criteria for basic human rights by the powers that be.
Our communities are facing difficult times. Our family and friends are being threatened by ignorance and violence. While forces set against us are determined to undermine our liberties and lives, we know that it’s more important than ever to remember: Whatever you're into, we got you. ASHwell will not back down. We will continue to grow and expand our ability to be a safety net for all those who may fall the cracks of a broken system and now, YOU’RE HERE. We need you. Welcome.
Donate today, ride for Team ASHwell, or volunteer.
