AbilityFirst Supported Employment provides opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential and succeed in competitive community jobs that meet their interests and goals.  The comprehensive program includes pre-employment interest assessment, training, and job placement support. Job coaches assist with pre-employment interviews, and on-the job training and
support for as long as necessary.
