On World AIDS Day, December 1st, we launch our website and event registration to start a fantastic season!

Production Team Holiday Party (usually a white elephant gift exchange)

January

Big Kickoff Party for the season (usually the 3rd or 4th Thursday of January)

February

JoyRides (usually start 2 weeks after kickoff party through 3rd Saturday in April) 

UnderRider Program & Party 

April

Friday night ceremonies and Ride Day (always the 4th week of April)

May

Volunteer Appreciation Party

June

Production Team End of season party

July

Beneficiary Check distribution - (4th Saturday of July)

Check Out Some of  Other Events Throughout The Season 

Other events such as a Team Captain Happy Hour, recruitment parties, third-party events, etc. occur throughout the season as well. Some successful or highly anticipated events include a Chili Cookoff, Field Games at a brewery, ticketed brunch/tequila dinner, and Crawfish Boil.
