My name is Kassie Bell, and I am a proud graduate of Ballard Memorial High School and West Kentucky Community and Technical College. I currently serve as the Director of Pageants for both the Ballard County Fair Board and the Wickliffe Harvest Festival, where I am passionate about creating uplifting, memorable experiences for contestants and the community.
I am a member of First Baptist Church of Barlow and a past member of the Charity League of Paducah, Kentucky, where I served as Spring Event Chairperson, reflecting my lifelong commitment to service and giving back. I work at Premier Portable Buildings and Trailers, where I bring both my strong work ethic and my heart for service to my role every day.
I am known for my servant’s heart and deep-rooted love for my community. I find joy in the simple pleasures of life. My favorite pastimes include cooking, reading, gardening, shopping, and spending quality time with her family and friends. After work, you’ll most often find her outside enjoying playtime with my beloved dog, Blue.
Driven by faith, kindness, and a passion for helping others, I strive to be a positive presence in everything I do.
