Lisa Lauck

I am Lisa Lauck, a Paducah native who grew up in St. Petersburg, FL. I graduated from St. Petersburg High School and attended the International Baccalaureate Program. In 1998, I started working for the Women’s Professional Tennis Tour as the Tour Operations and Player Relations Manager. In 2003, I moved to Wilmington, DE, to be the General Manager of Billie Jean King’s World Team Tennis team, The Philadelphia Freedoms. In 2005, I received the National Association of Female Executives’ Rising Star award, and I eventually moved back to Paducah in 2007 to be the Marketing Director for the Carson Center.  I have received several nominations for the Young Leaders of West Kentucky and Women of Achievement.  I have an excellent knack for organizing festivals and events and founded the Lauck Marketing Agency and most recently co-founded JL Event Management.

I have a great love for animals which inspired me to be the co-founder of Missing Bella Rescue in 2015. This is the only organization in our area that provides low-cost spay/neuter programs and has helped S/N with almost 1000 dogs and cats. I am a long-time member of Kiwanis, receiving the 2019 Kiwanian of the Year, and am the current Kiwanis President. In addition, I served as the Paducah Tennis Association president for seven years and won CTA of the Year
three times. Also, I serve as a Beyond Uganda Board Member and a Paducah Chamber Connector.

I love gardening, playing golf, and traveling in my free time. I am dancing because cancer has affected my life in several ways. My father died of colon cancer in 2006. My mother is a breast cancer survivor, and I am at high risk of getting cancer. Learning about the great work that Book For Hope does for childhood cancer caused me to want to raise money to help these local families. Their last concern should be worrying about gas money to see their child, paying their
rent or mortgage, and overall expenses.
