Sharolette Pierce

I am a Paducah native, a former partner of the ATOMIC CITY Fun Center, and a dedicated real estate professional with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Fern Leaf Group. Deeply invested in the growth, mentorship, and well-being of Western Kentucky, Sharolette has spent years serving her community both in the local property markets and through extensive civic leadership. She is a passionate CASA volunteer, a Board Member for the Child Watch Counseling & Advocacy Center, and an active member of Paducah Professional Women.

This September, Sharolette is stepping out of her comfort zone and onto the dance floor to begin practice for the 7th Annual Dancing for Gold® gala. While she is well-versed in managing complex business operations, navigating real estate transactions, and advocating for local youth, taking on intensive dance rehearsals is a brand-new adventure. For Sharolette, the challenge is entirely worth it. Guided by her deep-rooted commitment to child advocacy and a desire to support families in times of crisis, she is trading her business schedule for dancing shoes to help fund critical childhood cancer research and provide vital financial resources to families fighting this disease.

When she isn't busy practicing her steps, advocating for children, or serving her real estate clients, Sharolette can usually be found out on the golf course, enjoying the beautiful Western Kentucky lakes, or spending quality time with her family. Her greatest joy comes from her children, her daughter Mallory, and her two sons, Donnie and Brock, plus five wonderful grandchildren. She is incredibly honored to hit the stage for Book for Hope and is ready to bring her trademark energy, dedication, and heart to the dance floor to help eliminate childhood cancer.
