About Natalie:

My name is Natalie Parish. I live on a farm with my husband of 30 years. We have two adult children, Cali & Rhett, who work with us on our family farm.

January 13, 2009, our lives forever changed. My father-in-law was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme stage 4 brain cancer.  We were devastated, scared of the unknown and our family's future. Within four days, we were in Houston, Texas, at MD Anderson, awaiting brain surgery.  For 34 months, we traveled back and forth to MD Anderson for treatment.

Although our journey was difficult, it is nothing compared to going through cancer as a child.  Our community of Lyon County lost two precious young adults in 2020. Cullan Brown and Owen Matthews made a significant impact on everyone they met. Their absence will forever be felt. I agreed to dance in their memory and in honor of Wyatt Woodring, who was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia.
