This eight-week walking/running program encourages couch potatoes and avid exercisers to train for the 5k course at the Norton Children’s Hospital Splash ‘n’ Dash Walk/Run.
After the event, participants are offered the option to proceed to the additional seven-week Norton Sports Health Couch to 10k training program, which will culminate with the Norton Sports Health 10k. While both programs mostly involve training individually, weekly Saturday group runs allow participants to meet up and walk or run together.
